That pass was with the help of some NOS very nice, one of these days I will be down in the 5's, but not today and tomorrow isn't looking good for me either so whats the setup on this thing, don't keep us in the dark You should've just bought Fred's motor for $5k, he paid $14k for it and it ran 5's.

yea but that block was being pushed to its limit. I prolly won't even come close to pushing my block to its limit and it should run 5's with ease.
Plus I don't want carb or nitrous.

Its a 400inch dart block windsor with trick flow r heads and a wilson plate the motor was built by HED Harrell Engine@Dyno. On the chassis dyno we made 800 rwhp with the gas and 6 something on motor. I expect to run some 5.30's when its all said and done and hope to run some low 8's in the 1/4. I will try to post some pics soon, but the car is still a stock stlye rear suspension setup from upr and still has a 8.8 rear with 4.10 gears. So far the best 60 ft has been 1.28 but I look to go low 120's real soon I will keep you posted.
Thanks

hell yea keep us posted and put up some damn pics :D
and very sweet combo, sounds like you got the suspension setup nicely. Man I can't wait till I hit 1.4's 60ft :D. Best I have ever 60ft was a 1.64 :( , new combo should be alittle better I hope
mine is a Dart 331, AFR 205, Spyder, 160lb injectors, built AOD ;) 3.55 gears, F.A.S.T, PT88 a/a intercooler. I'm looking for some low 6's on low boost. The turbo kit has gone 5.5's with a 347 but they had a Igloo and a powerglide. Hell if I can just run some 5.7's I will be stoked

The turbo is a 76 and to date he has ran 6.06@112 in the 1/8 with a 1.28 60 ft also there is vid of his car on carolina Rides .com His screen name is Johnboy688 check it out some time

Stock motor with new upper and lower control arms and some crappy 295 futura tires on the rear. I've since put ported E7 heads, st1 cam, elec. fan

I hate them but the car sits too low to run nice tire because they scrub a lot and it's my g/f's car and she turns too damn fast

I've run a 9.2 on stock motor. All that's done to the car is aluminum driveshaft, headers and full exhaust, Eibach Sprint springs, Spec stage 3 clutch, cold air intake, and Nitto's on 17x9's.
It spins a lot but think I need to at least get some new uppers and lowers at a minimum. And hope to get on my turbo in the near future. Very interested to see what it'll do then. Also need some new motor mounts cause mine are all busted to hell. Gonna get me some solids.
